This is a traditional pasta

Ingredients:
Pasta Machine
little bit of Olive Oil
Pinch of salt
2cups of OO flour (will need a little more)
5 eggs

Method:
You Place the 2cups of OO flour on a board or a clean Surface, make a little bowl with the Flour and put 2 eggs in. Then knead until sticky. Put some Olive Oil In it then knead for 1 minute then put 1 more egg in and put a little bit of salt in and knead.Threw this process you may put extra little bit of OO flour. Knead for 2 minutes then add one more egg and knead until soft and smooth.
put it threw the pasta roller until thin then get the paster additional fettuccine and put threw there. leave to dry for 60 minutes then put them in a pot to the boil for 10 minutes check it every 2 minutes then when it is cooked it is ready to serve
